Anushka Sharma is an actress and Bollywood actor and producer. She is a top-paid actresses and has won numerous nominations for her performance. Nush is her clothing brand designed for women. Additionally, she is an ambassador for Nush and also owns numerous other brands. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma was born on 1st May 1988 in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. The father of Anushka, who was an ex-colonel, is Anushka. The mother of the family is domestic helper. The elder brother of Anushka Karnesh Sharma served in Merchant Navy and now is a film producer. Anushka is a graduate at the Army School Bangalore. Anushka began giving film auditions along with her modelling. Anushka Sharma began her film career in 2008, playing Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The actress took time to get ready and did not do the test impromptu. After that, she signed up for three movies together with Yash Raj Films. She was the young wife of an older man in the movie (the same role that Shah Rukh Khan played). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka Sharma starred in the film 'Badmash Company that came out in the year 2010. The film was also a star-studded film with Shahid Kapoor and Vir Das. The film was met with mixed receptions. Anushka was also seen with Ranveer in the movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat', in which she played an Punjabi middle class girl who set up her own company. It received positive reviews. Anushka's contract to make three films under Yash Raj Films was completed with Band Baaja Baaraat.
